During the 2007-2008 academic year, the Anderson School of Management, in collaboration with the UNM Gallup Branch Campus and Northern New Mexico College (NNMC), developed strategic entrepreneurship program plans for these two smaller campuses. The aim of this program development was to encourage economic development in northern and western New Mexico and to lay out a structure for enhancing entrepreneurial skills in local communities.
